It is true you're a published author now! ;)<BR/>I don't know about <I><B>Evoca</B></I> in particular, but you're bound to be right: <I><B>Mozilla</I></B> is an alternative to <I><B>IE</I></B> (I've been trying it for nearly a month, and really love some of its features), and it's open source, so you can download it from the Web without breaking any law. You'll need to customise it, adding all the tools you might already have added to your IE...
